Use of ManoMix (manomix.com and the iOS / Android apps) is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. The service is provided by Ran Mano (DJ Ran Mano), Israel.

The service is for users aged 13 and above only. By using it you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, use is conditional on a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if we learn of such an account, we delete it immediately.

To listen to sets, registration via Google, Apple or email (auth provider: Clerk) is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing or using someone else’s account is not permitted.

ManoMix content — the sets, audio files, artwork, logo, text and design — is copyrighted by Ran Mano and partners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen via the service. Prohibited: unauthorized download, duplication, distribution, editing, remixing, public performance, or commercial use. We operate under an ACUM (Israeli ASCAP-equivalent) license and pay royalties accordingly.

• Use of the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to circumvent DRM, download audio without permission, or infringe copyright.
• Damaging the system — DDoS, intrusion attempts, automated scraping.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation without written approval.
• Harming other users, spam, deception, or impersonation.
• Publishing unlawful, inflammatory, offensive, or rights-infringing content.

We aim for full availability but do not guarantee it. There may be planned maintenance, upgrades, or unplanned downtime. For extended maintenance we will notify in advance via the app. Adding or removing sets from the catalog is at our sole discretion.

The service is free as of May 2026. We may offer a paid premium tier in the future. If we transition to a paid model you will be notified in advance, given a choice, and not auto-charged.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant that the service will be free of defects or that all information is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — i.e. zero if you used the service for free. This does not apply to: gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot be limited under law.

You can terminate your account at any time via account settings or by emailing user@manomix.com. We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, the law, or endangers the service or other users. We will give advance notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via in-app notice and on the website. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may terminate the account.

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv. If you reside in the EU, nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under local law.
